At Zorototo, responsible gambling is a core platform principle — not a legal footnote. We provide every Malaysian player with the tools, information, and resources needed to stay in control of their gambling activity and get help when it matters.
Zorototo enforces a mandatory minimum age of 21 for all registered accounts. Age is verified through government-issued ID during the KYC process. No exceptions.

Our Approach
Zorototo is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable betting environment for all players across Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya to Penang and Johor Bahru. That commitment extends well beyond competitive odds and fast payouts. It means actively supporting players in maintaining healthy, controlled gambling habits.
Gambling — whether on Liga Super Malaysia matches, EPL fixtures, live casino tables, or any other market on the Zorototo platform — carries inherent financial risk. For the vast majority of our players, it remains a form of entertainment. But for a minority, gambling can become problematic. Zorototo takes that risk seriously, and we have built tools into the platform specifically designed to help players recognise and address problem gambling before it becomes a crisis.
This page explains everything available to you: the player tools built into your account, the warning signs to watch for, the self-assessment questions worth asking yourself regularly, and the external support organisations available in Malaysia and internationally.
Never use gambling as a way to recover from debt, pay bills, or manage financial stress. If you are betting with money you cannot afford to lose, or borrowing to fund your gambling activity, please use our self-exclusion tool immediately and seek support from the resources listed on this page.
Golden Rules
Set a budget before you start — Decide how much you are comfortable losing before you place your first bet. Treat it as the cost of entertainment, not an investment.
Use deposit limits — Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your Zorototo account to keep your spending within your planned budget automatically.
Never chase losses — If you have lost your session budget, stop. Increasing your stakes to recover losses is one of the most common patterns in problem gambling.
Take breaks — Use the session time limit feature to remind yourself to step away. Regular breaks help you maintain perspective and make clearer decisions.
Keep gambling separate from life stress — Gambling when you are emotionally distressed, under financial pressure, or impaired by alcohol or other substances significantly increases risk.
Keep time in perspective — Balance gambling with other leisure activities. If you find yourself thinking about gambling constantly or neglecting hobbies you used to enjoy, that is a warning sign worth taking seriously.
Built Into Your Account
Every registered Zorototo player has free access to these tools. You do not need to contact support to use them — most can be activated directly in your account settings.
Set a maximum deposit amount for any rolling daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once the limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive changes.
Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Zorototo platform. Temporary exclusions are available for 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. Permanent exclusion is also available. Requests are processed within 24 hours.
Set a maximum session duration before you are automatically logged out. You can choose from preset intervals or enter a custom duration. After logging out, a summary of your session — including time played and net result — is displayed.
Enable periodic pop-up notifications during your session that show how long you have been playing and your net win or loss position. This keeps you grounded and helps prevent you from losing track of time and money.
Set a maximum loss threshold for any given period — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once your net losses reach your set limit within that period, no further bets can be placed until the period resets. Limits take effect immediately on activation.
Need a short pause without a full self-exclusion? Use the Take a Break feature to lock your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During this period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The cooling-off period cannot be cancelled once started.
To activate any of these tools, log in to your Zorototo account and navigate to Account Settings → Responsible Gambling. For self-exclusion or urgent assistance, contact our support team directly at [email protected].
How Each Tool Works
Once a deposit limit is set, you cannot make any deposit that would cause your total deposits within the limit period to exceed that amount. The limit applies regardless of which payment method you use — Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, or any other supported channel.
Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period, giving you time to reconsider.
When you self-exclude, your account is locked. You will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets for the duration of your chosen exclusion period. During exclusion, you will also be removed from all marketing communications from Zorototo.
At the end of a temporary exclusion period, a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off applies before the account can be reactivated. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed.
The Take a Break feature is designed for players who need a short pause but are not experiencing a serious gambling problem. Once activated for your chosen period (24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days), it cannot be shortened or cancelled.
After the break period ends, normal account access resumes automatically — no reactivation request needed unless you have also set account limits that remain in place.
Recognise the Signs
Problem gambling can develop gradually, and it is not always easy to recognise in yourself. The warning signs below are not a diagnosis — but if several of them resonate with you, it may be worth speaking to someone about your gambling habits.
Spending more time or money on gambling than originally planned, repeatedly
Feeling irritable, anxious, or restless when not gambling or when trying to cut down
Chasing losses — continuing to bet in an attempt to recover money already lost
Lying to family members or close friends about how much time or money you spend gambling
Gambling as a way to escape problems, relieve stress, or manage feelings of depression or anxiety
Neglecting work, family responsibilities, meals, or sleep because of gambling
Borrowing money, selling possessions, or taking on debt to fund gambling activity
Repeated unsuccessful attempts to reduce or stop gambling
Please use the Zorototo self-exclusion tool immediately and consider reaching out to a support organisation. Taking action early makes a significant difference. You can contact our support team at [email protected] to request self-exclusion at any time — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Self-Assessment
Take a moment to answer the following questions honestly. If you answer "yes" to three or more of them, we strongly encourage you to use our responsible gambling tools or speak with a support organisation.
This self-assessment is not a clinical diagnostic tool. If you have concerns about your gambling behaviour, please seek guidance from a qualified support organisation.
Get Help
If you or someone you care about may have a problem with gambling, the following organisations provide confidential support, counselling, and guidance. All contact details are provided as plain text — please note these down and reach out if you need help.
Malaysia's national welfare and social crisis helpline, operated by the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development. Available 24 hours for counselling, welfare assistance, and crisis referrals.
A non-profit emotional support organisation providing confidential listening support to individuals in distress. Particularly helpful for those experiencing anxiety, depression, or emotional difficulties related to gambling.
A leading international organisation providing information, advice, and support for anyone affected by problem gambling. GamCare operates a confidential helpline and online chat service accessible from Malaysia.
Our own responsible gambling support team is available 24/7. Contact us to request self-exclusion, activate deposit or loss limits, discuss account restrictions, or simply talk through any concerns about your gambling habits.
Age Policy
Zorototo enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all registered accounts, without exception. This age requirement applies to all players regardless of their local jurisdiction's minimum age for gambling. We have chosen 21 as our minimum to align with international best practice and to add an additional layer of protection beyond statutory minimums in many markets.
Age verification is conducted through our mandatory KYC process, which requires all users to submit a government-issued photo identification document — such as a Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence — before any withdrawal can be processed. KYC documents are reviewed manually by our compliance team.
If Zorototo identifies or is notified that a minor has registered an account, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and any winnings forfeited in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Contact Zorototo immediately at [email protected]. We will help you secure your account, including the option of instant self-exclusion or account closure while the matter is investigated. Please ensure that your login credentials are never accessible to persons under the age of 21.
For Parents & Guardians
If you access the Zorototo platform at home and share devices with children or younger family members, we recommend taking the following practical precautions:
Never save your Zorototo login credentials on a shared or family device. Always log out after each session.
Use a strong, unique password for your Zorototo account that is not used elsewhere and is not accessible to others in your household.
Consider using parental control software on shared devices to restrict access to gambling websites for younger users.
Ensure your linked payment methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, bank accounts) are password-protected and not accessible to minors.
Have open conversations with family members about the risks of gambling and the 21+ age requirement on all online betting platforms.
Our Pledge
No account can be fully active without successful KYC verification confirming the player is aged 21 or above. This is a hard requirement, not a tick-box.

Self-exclusion requests submitted to our support team are acted upon within 24 hours. During high-urgency situations, our team prioritises these requests immediately.
Our compliance team monitors account activity patterns for indicators of problem gambling behaviour and may proactively reach out to players who show concerning patterns.
