Key Principles
You must be aged 21 or above and legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction. One account per person, per household.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Abuse of promotional offers, including multi-accounting, results in forfeiture of funds and account termination.
Funds must be deposited from payment methods registered in your name. Withdrawals are processed subject to completed KYC verification and wagering requirements.
Any form of fraud, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or use of automated betting systems is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Zorototo cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access due to user negligence.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Zorototo ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "Zorototo") governing your access to and use of the Zorototo website located at zorototo.cam and all associated services, products, and content offered therein, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino gaming, virtual games, and loyalty programme participation.
By accessing the Zorototo platform, creating a user account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.
These Terms apply to all users of the Zorototo platform, including users accessing the service from Malaysia and any other permitted jurisdiction. Zorototo operates under an international gaming licence and provides services to eligible users in jurisdictions where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility as a user to ascertain whether your use of this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Important Notice: Online gambling laws in Malaysia are complex. Zorototo does not operate under any Malaysian domestic gambling licence — no such licence exists for online platforms serving Malaysian users. Players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their applicable local laws. Using this platform constitutes your representation that you are doing so lawfully.
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
| "Account" | The individual registered user account created by a User upon successful registration on the Zorototo platform. |
| "Platform" | The Zorototo website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible at zorototo.cam. |
| "Wager" / "Bet" | Any real-money stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other betting market offered through the Platform. |
| "Balance" | The total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits (where applicable), and winnings. |
| "Bonus" | Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by Zorototo to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required for all Users prior to first withdrawal. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. |
| "Prohibited Territory" | Any jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform is expressly prohibited by applicable law, as updated from time to time. |
To register and maintain an account on the Zorototo platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: Zorototo will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process. Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and any winnings forfeited. We take underage gambling seriously and maintain a zero-tolerance policy.
Zorototo reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Zorototo platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals across those accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Zorototo will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
You agree to notify Zorototo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Zorototo accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
All accounts must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. Required documentation typically includes a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of address dated within three months (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and in some cases a live selfie holding the ID document. Zorototo accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are fully integrated for Malaysian players:
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, it will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Zorototo does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Cryptocurrency Deposits: The minimum equivalent deposit via cryptocurrency is MYR 30, calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Cryptocurrency values are inherently volatile; Zorototo converts crypto deposits to the account's base currency at the confirmed transaction rate. The 2% crypto deposit bonus (up to MYR 688) is applied automatically upon confirmation of deposit.
Withdrawals from your Zorototo account are subject to the following conditions:
Zorototo reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any point before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the amount requested is significant or where there are reasonable grounds to investigate the legitimacy of the funds. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional compliance checks are required.
Withdrawal Limits: Withdrawal limits apply per account tier. Gold tier members benefit from elevated daily and weekly withdrawal limits. Please refer to the Loyalty Programme section or contact support for your current applicable limits.
Zorototo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms at the time of the offer and must be met within the specified validity period.
Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Zorototo reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or cancel bonus winnings where it reasonably determines that a User has attempted to abuse any promotion, including through multi-accounting, bonus hunting, or the use of prohibited betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
All bonuses and associated winnings expire if not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance without notice.
Free bets must be used within the specified validity period and on markets that qualify under the relevant promotion terms. Free bet stakes are not included in returns; only winnings derived from free bets are credited to the User's account.
Bonus Abuse: Zorototo employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Where abuse is identified, Zorototo reserves the right to void all winnings derived from abuse, remove the bonus balance, and permanently close the account without notice and without any obligation to refund the deposit.
The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the Zorototo platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant betting market interface.
All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed and a unique Bet Reference Number is issued. Bets are not valid until a Bet Reference Number has been issued to the User. Zorototo reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion and without providing a reason, including where it suspects the User may be placing bets using insider information or in breach of these Terms.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface. Zorototo reserves the right to set individual account-level betting limits where there are grounds to do so, including where a User's betting pattern may warrant risk management measures.
In the event of a palpable error in the odds, lines, or terms of any market — including errors arising from data feed failures, human error, or technical issues — Zorototo reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes. Zorototo will not honour winnings derived from clearly mispriced markets.
Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed and not replayed within the applicable time limit; the market is suspended due to a material change in circumstances; a palpable error is identified; or the event is determined to have been subject to corruption or match-fixing. In all void cases, stakes are returned to the User's account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Zorototo platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:
Zorototo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, Zorototo reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where a balance is legitimately owed and the account closure is not related to fraud or breach, the balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method after all compliance checks are completed.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If you are requesting closure due to problem gambling concerns, we strongly encourage you to request a self-exclusion period rather than simply closing the account, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards. See Section 11 below.

All content on the Zorototo platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of Zorototo or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: download or copy account information for the benefit of any third party; resell or commercially exploit any Platform content; collect and use any product listings or descriptions; or make any derivative use of the Platform or its content.
Any unauthorised use of the Platform or its content terminates the licence granted herein and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zorototo, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if Zorototo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Zorototo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Zorototo's liability for death or personal injury caused by Zorototo's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Gambling Losses: Zorototo accepts no liability for gambling losses. Betting involves risk, and by placing wagers on the Platform you accept that you may lose the amounts staked. Zorototo does not provide any guarantee of winnings, profitability, or return on wagers.
Zorototo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We collect only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, fulfil our KYC and anti-money laundering obligations, and provide the services offered through the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Full details of our data practices, your rights, and how to exercise them are set out in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zorototo is incorporated and licensed, as notified to Users from time to time.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage Users to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes amicably within 14 business days of receipt of a written complaint. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal processes, Users may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
Zorototo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will endeavour to notify registered Users of material changes via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Amendments will take effect from the date specified in the notification, which will be no less than 7 days from the date of notification for material changes, except where a shorter period is required by law or regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently amended.
